I love flying, so when I’m asked to shoot aerial photos I’m always up (sorry for the pun) for it. Occasionally, I’m asked to shoot aerials as well as ground shots. Here are a few taken the same day.

With real estate it’s location, location, location. Photographing North facing buildings it’s timing, timing timing. And June 21st is the time. Maybe a week or two before or after is acceptable. That is the time, in our location, when the sun is furthest north in it’s annual journey. So if you have a north facing…
